Goals

  • Analysis of the finished day, risks and opportunities.

  • Collaboration in the strategy to be developed against competitors in the different stages.

  • Prioritization of resources and decision making.

  • Development of best practices.

Purpose

  • To know and analyse the strategy, team structure and resources of the Astara Team for the Dakar 2022.

  • Based on the conclusions, design a proposal for a 3 cars race team for next year.

2. Management of spare parts and maintenance programs

Goals

  • Analysis and proposal for improvement of maintenance times between stages.                

  • Analysis and proposals for action on the stock of spare parts.

  • Analysis and proposals for action on the distribution of spare parts in the different vehicles for the next stage.

  • Development of best practices.

Purpose

  • To know and analyse the team, resources and planning of Astara Team for the Dakar 2022.

  • Based on the conclusions, design a proposal for a 3 cars race team for next year.

3. Sustainability and communication

Goals

  • Analysis of the performance, costs and Co2 footprint of the equipment.

  • Analysis of business opportunities around E-fuel and others ECO-Solutions.

  • Content development, in relation to the participation of the team and Astara ambassadors.

Purpose

  • To plan and carry out the Astara Team's communication plan for the Dakar 2022. Analyse the results.

  • Based on the conclusions, design a proposal for next year.
